Roles & ResponsibilitiesA well-established cleaning company is looking for the position of Assistant Facility Manager/Facility Manager to facilitate a few job sites and interacting with clients on all the requirements on sites. You should be familiar with Building Facility Management such as but limited to pest control, horticulture, security management, fire alarm system, air-con system etc. You will be assisting Client's Facility Manager to supervise contractors to carry out maintenance and repair work as well as upkeeping the building's cleanliness as listed in the site's job scope.
You will be reporting directly to Company Operations Director and responsible to update assigned responsibilities progressively.
Job Description
Work with client's facility manager and different stakeholders to facilitate maintenance programs and assist in facility management.
Confident in managing various contractors or vendors for building's requirement.
Organize and manage manpower resources to meet building's cleanliness to expectation.
Report and put in place corrective actions to resolve issues arise from work processes.
Any other assignment instructed by Operations Director.
Job Requirement
Possess a certificate/diploma in facility management.
Minimum 3 years working experience in related industry.
Independent and customer service oriented.
Good leadership and supervisory skills.
Pro-active and able to multi-tasking.
Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.
Hold a valid Class 3 license.
Additional Information

Full-Time / 6 days Week
Salary range: SGD 2,800 – SGD 4,500
