Your role

  • Are you detailed, adept to working under pressure and orientated even when multitasking? Do you know how to shine in a supporting role?
  • We're looking for someone like that to join our team and your key responsibilities include:
  • prepare & check documents before scanning
- handle rejection of documents
- manage counter (clarification with markets colleagues, handling of rejection, etc)
- archives and retrieves documents
- be responsible for completing delegated tasks accurately, on-time.
- operate imaging equipment, verify contents for accuracy and store images in a centralized database
- retain mail service delivery, ensure excellent quality service
- challenge existing processes and look out for opportunities/ideas/solutions to improve the process
- analyze workflow and performance of Document Imaging system for potential issues and opportunities


Your team

  • You'll be working in the Client Doc Hub team in Singapore. This role encompasses the processing and handling of documents from reception to archival this includes steps like prescan checks, scanning, data capturing, rejection handling and archival as well as retrieval of archived, stored documents.
  • Work involves standard office setting, with the ability to handle time sensitive documents and operate office equipment. In addition, staff will need to support in the partnership with Change the Bank team (CtB) to perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for changes relating to job scope. There will be a lot of interaction and coordination with various stakeholder teams in a fastpaced environment.
