Retail Assistant Manager

$

6 days work week

Islandwide working location (according to company's schedule)


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting customers at the stores, engaging in conversation and helping them with product recommendations and fitting
  • Oversee staff schedule for the fewstores (Islandwide location)
  • Maintain retail displays and instruct staff to replenish merchandise as required
  • Liaising with operations to restock store; oversee staff inventory takes
  • Instructing staff on store housekeeping
  • Maintaining store SOP documents, training new staff as required and helping current staff when they have questions

Requirements:


  • Outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills
  • Past experience in a retail or customer service capacity required
  • Past people management or leadership experience a bonus
  • Organized, detailoriented
  • Willing to work during weekend & Public Holiday
