Retail Assistant Manager$
6 days work week
Islandwide working location (according to company's schedule)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers at the stores, engaging in conversation and helping them with product recommendations and fitting
- Oversee staff schedule for the fewstores (Islandwide location)
- Maintain retail displays and instruct staff to replenish merchandise as required
- Liaising with operations to restock store; oversee staff inventory takes
- Instructing staff on store housekeeping
- Maintaining store SOP documents, training new staff as required and helping current staff when they have questions
Requirements:
- Outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills
- Past experience in a retail or customer service capacity required
- Past people management or leadership experience a bonus
- Organized, detailoriented
- Willing to work during weekend & Public Holiday
