- Design and program complex modules of an application taking into consideration the functional and non-functional aspects.
- Take ownership of code quality. Actively and effectively reviews source code, takes defect prevention steps in software development.
- Provide high-level work estimates and assists in task planning & task allocation.
- Should be able to describe customer requirements technically and should be able to build quick proof of concepts.
- Act as a team leader during implementation phase.
- Maintain close working relationship with the customer.
- Able to conceptualize and build high quality demos for marketing or analyst briefings, pre-sales opportunities.Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a developer or consulting capacity, preferably with a professional services organization.
- Knowledge of the existing OpenText product portfolio, associated technologies and standards is highly desirable
- Candidates with working experience in software products in the Document Capture, Document Management, Business Process Management or Web Content Management space are encouraged to apply.
- Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
