Summary


Supporting the overall objectives of the Talent Development function of Human Resources and serves as a partner to the various stakeholders in aligning competency expectations and implementation of talent development plans and activities.

**The Challenges: 1.
Talent Development

  • Acting as both an advisor and a liaison and providing expertise on Talent Development matters to staff and management.
  • Facilitating development of competencies framework and career pathway through engagement with stakeholders to identify key job competencies, skills requirements and proficiency levels for the various positions in the organisation.
  • Providing advice and guidance to employees and people leaders to implement the competency framework and available tools to determine skill requirements and expectations for various roles for effective career development conversations.
  • Designing learning and development roadmaps and workplace learning plans to address learning needs with reference to the Competency Framework
2.
Employee Engagement

  • Analysing employee engagement data to identify trends and patterns
  • Planning, sourcing, and coordinating Employee Engagement Projects such as wellbeing workshops, webinars and organization wide staff engagement activities
  • Developing communication materials to inform employees of engagement initiatives
  • Monitoring progress and measure the effectiveness of employee engagement programmes
3.
Learning & Development Programme Management

  • Designing and delivering training programs (Elearning, Blended learning, Workshops etc.) that address learning needs on an ongoing basis
  • Facilitating development of materials in collaboration with content experts for learning programmes
  • Identifying existing capability levels and performance gaps through learning needs analysis and develop learning and development strategies to support the organisation's development needs
  • Implementing learning and development programmes to ensure a smooth learning experience for employees
  • Managing vendors providing training services
  • Administering and coordinating external and internal learning initiatives including (but not limited to) resource allocation, vendor management, processing of grants, course registrations, maintaining learning records, tracking of course evaluation and payment processing
  • Regularly communicating to the employees on upcoming training or events that are relevant to their learning needs
  • Analysing learning effectiveness feedback to identify gaps to suggest areas for improvement
  • Revising learning and development administration processes to enhance employees' learning and development experience
  • Identifying available grants and funding available to maximize the available budget
  • Analysing learning and development budget utilization
4.
Performance Management

  • Providing advice and support to people leaders and employees in the performance review cycle
  • Generating reports for management & people leaders to develop performance related activities
  • Reviewing & proposing improvements in the performance review processes
5.
Others

  • Supporting other HR projects/ initiatives such as company events, programmes and activities
  • Any other workrelated duties as assigned
**What it Takes: - Diploma in Human Resources Management / Development or equivalent.

  • Min. 3 years of relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Singapore Employment Act, people development practices and trends
  • Independent, able tomultitask, possess positive attitude and proactive and team plater
  • Resourceful and attuned to the development requirements of the organisation
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience in stakeholders' management
  • HR Generalist or HRBP experience would be advantageous
  • ACTA/ACLP/DACE/DDDLP will be an advantageous
  • Proficient in MS office (Words, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
