    Description
    We are looking for a professional to drive actuarial excellence in managing the insurance schemes. Collaborate with various stakeholders, from consultants to government agencies, to enhance processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

    Mandatory Skill-set
    • Possess 3 to 6 years of actuarial experience with strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
    • Demonstrated knowledge of actuarial principles, methods, and practices, with a proven ability to apply them in a business context;
    • Proficiency in utilizing FIS insurance risk suite (Prophet) and expertise in data analytics/statistical programming, such as Python and Power BI;
    • Comprehensive understanding of the current regulatory framework and industry standards;
    • Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities;
    • Exhibit a passion for delivering high-quality work and devising solutions for complex industry challenges;
    Desired Skill-set
    • Making progress in professional actuarial qualifications.
    Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including consultants, industry workgroups, and government ministries/agencies, to execute actuarial and insurance-related tasks and projects;
    • Lead the setup and continuous enhancement of actuarial processes and workflow, encompassing modelling, valuation, experience studies, key risk monitoring, and pricing analysis, to effectively manage insurance schemes;
    • Operationalize regulatory frameworks and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimize the performance;
    • Conduct research to explore actuarial approaches relevant to insurance schemes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry trends;
    • Utilize data analytics techniques to perform actuarial analyses that support the organization's initiatives aimed at benefiting clients and enhancing overall scheme performance;
