Finance Executive - Singapore - CORLISON PRIVATE LIMITED

In Summary
- Basic salary of up to $4,500. Flexi-Place (telecommuting/work from home) arrangements available.
- 5 day week with working hours as follows (Mon to Thu 830am to 630pm. Fri 830am to 530pm).
- Medical/dental benefits, basic hospitalization cover are provided
- The key objective of the finance executive is to update collections and follow up on overdue invoices on timely basis
- The Finance Executive works in a finance team of six and reports to the Finance Manager whom will be providing the necessary training to assimilate the successful applicant into the style of work and expected duties here.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain customer master
- Update collections
- Generate ageing report, statement of accounts
- Issue debit notes/credit notes for non stock related transactions
- Close monitoring and followup of outstanding invoices
- Banking in of cheques/cash
- Other adhoc
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in managing full set of accounts
- Diploma in Accounting/Finance
- Those who have experience in working with ecommerce platforms and Sage 300 (Accpac) will have an added advantage
Salary and Remuneration
- Basic Salary of up to SGD4,500
- Medical/dental benefits. Basic hospitalization insurance cover
Working Hours and Office Location
- This is a fulltime permanent position
- 5 day work week
Working hours:
Mon to Thu 830am to 630pm. Fri 830am to 530pm
- Our office is located in the Ang Mo Kio / Serangoon North area. Flexi-Place (work from home and telecommuting) arrangements available.
