Job Description

• Partnering client firms and anticipate the demands in talent sourcing projects across Asia
• Providing strategic consulting advice through competent business engagements with C-suite Executives;
• Searching methodically for suitable candidates within robust markets
• Interviewing and assess candidates' suitability thereby maintaining long-term relationships and candidate loyalty
• Managing the client-candidate interview process from interview to offer stage and beyond
• Providing a quality consultative service to both clients and candidates, based on experience and commercial knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in ANY Discipline
• No prior experience is required as mentorship will be provided
• Resourceful, self-motivated and resilient
• Passionate about people - enjoy meeting and fostering a strong professional relationship with clients and candidates.
• Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
