    Roles & Responsibilities

    Customer Service Officer (Digital Contact Centre) (1 year)

    • Leading Utilities Group company
    • Salary Range: $2,000 - $2,800 (depending on qualifications and experience)
    • Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible
    • Working Location: Kallang Sector
    • Working hours: 08.00am – 5.00pm, 08.30am – 5.30pm or 09.00am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday, 8 hours work per day) and Alternate Saturday 08.00am – 1.00pm (4 hours work)
    • Up to 3 months bonus per year

    Job Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming queries and address in a professional and timely manner
    • Provide accurate and detailed information to customers regarding products and services
    • Resolving customer issues, complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
    • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in the database
    • Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive and customer-centric attitude
    • Adhoc duties as assigned by Supervisor

    Job Requirements

    • At least 2 years of experience in contact centre handling voice and/or non-voice channels
    • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
    • Able to work independently in a face-paced environment while being a cohesive team member
    • Self-directed, able to multi-task, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
    • Possess initiative to respond to customer's needs with a commitment towards service excellence
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
