Description
**Job Description**Primary Job Duties:
- Maintenance of QMS and coordination of product compliance activities
- Provide oversight on Customer Complaint Investigation, CAPA and Calibration systems
- Monthly reporting and status follow up on assigned quality metrics (such as Complaints / CAPA)
- Processing of MRB transactions in ERP / Processing of CN to customers
Secondary Job Duties:
- Perform and support Internal and External audits activities
- Participate in Quality Improvement Projects
- Support Incoming inspection / Complaint investigation activities (for Technical route)
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing / healthcare or service quality environment. Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
- Knowledge in ISO 900
- Internal auditor trained
- Relevant QA skillsets is a plus
- Personality
- High EQ, Meticulous and adaptable
- Communication
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Logical and critical thinking skills
