Description
Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service Assistants in handling customer orders, inquiries, and requests.
- Train and coach CSAs in operating procedures and order processing for highquality service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer orders and warehouse receipts.
- Foster positive customer relationships by promptly addressing inquiries and feedback.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to resolve critical issues and improve service quality.
- Monitor compliance with export declarations and warehouse safety measures.
- Prepare and present customers' performance reports.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Handle customer feedback requests and implement improvement actions.
- Ensure adherence to export regulations and dangerous packing requirements.
- Verify shipping documents and maintain proper WMS permit entries.
- Support the Shipping Liaison Officer when needed.
- Maintain 5S practices and organize documentation.
- Backup updating the Customer Service Dashboard.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Experience in managing a team of people
- Technical shipping knowledge & warehouse operation
