    Role Description

    This is a full-time remote role for a Brian Tracy Solutions Licensee for Singapore OR any countries within Asia region (excluding ANZ and Japan). The Licensee will be responsible for consulting with clients to customize our training and coaching programs to meet their specific needs. The Licensee will also be responsible for delivering and facilitating these programs to clients, providing exceptional customer service, as well as sales and marketing efforts to promote our programs to potential clients.

    Qualifications

    • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs, analyze data and provide informed recommendations.
    • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
    • Consulting Skills: Experience in consulting, coaching, or training with a focus on organizational development or leadership.
    • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Sales Skills: Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a sales pipeline, and close deals.
    • Experience working in executive coaching, leadership development, or organizational development is preferred.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely.
    • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
