    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Content Creator & Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating compelling content across various digital platforms. As a key player in our project management team, you will manage client accounts for social media content posting, advertising, print marketing, digital marketing, and more. Your creativity, project management expertise, and ability to work seamlessly with regional teams will drive the success of our projects and ensure client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement content strategies that align with our clients' goals across different platforms (social media, websites, email, etc.).
    • Create engaging content, including but not limited to videos, graphics, illustrations, and animations, using tools such as After Effects, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Act as the primary project manager for multiple client accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
    • Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure cohesive and effective project delivery.
    • Maintain and grow positive client relationships through excellent communication and service.
    • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed to meet deadlines and client expectations.
    • Provide creative direction and feedback to team members to ensure high-quality content creation.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and content creation technologies.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing skills in video editing, graphic design, illustration, and other content creation tools.
    • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and collaborate with teams across regions.
    • Proficiency in using content creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Canva).
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
    • Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.
