ROLE OVERVIEW
To provide administrative support to enable the office to function efficiently & meet overall business objectives.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide administrative support on country management related matters- Coordinate activities and schedules, ensure smooth office operation- Consolidate various documents and presentations- Expense reconciliation and understanding variances to budget- Assist with coordinating internal and external events eg.
corporate and social responsibility events- Maintain and update organization charts on regular basis- Co-ordinate and manage the logistics for visitors to the representative office- Prepare expenditure claims for the Chief Representative Officer.
Assist with travel bookings and itinerary planning- Support on sourcing and procurement related matters- Other administrative/secretarial duties as assignedKEY COMPETENCIES- Graduation in any stream- Minimum 12 years' relevant experience preferably within a financial institution- Good written and spoken English- Effective communications skills- Proficient with MS office, particularly MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint- Good team player and able to liaise confidently with people at all levels- Ability to multi task effectively, meet timelines and thrive well in a dynamic environment- Strong organizational skills- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative
