[What the role is]

As a Senior Officer, your role is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.

[What you will be working on]

You will be involved in the Estates & Facilities Management functions in ITE.

Your key responsibilities include the following:

Oversee the predictive, preventive & corrective maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical systems & equipment in ITE's campuses;
Manage the Technical Officers and Technicians to ensure that they deliver their services in accordance with the contractual requirements; and
Play an active role in the Addition & Alteration works to ITE's training facilities and amenities.

[What we are looking for]

Relevant educational qualifications in Engineering/ Estates Management or other buildingrelated disciplines; and
Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
