Working Location: Tengah, Singapore

Working Hour: Rotating 12-hour shift (8am to 8pm; 8pm to 8am), 4 days work, 4 days off

Contract Duration: 2 + 1 year

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing Plants' Operations & Maintenance tasks.
• Attend daily toolbox and work meetings conducted by Engineer and Supervisor.
• Plan, schedule, execute, and supervise contractors on daily routine and non-routine O&M works and troubleshooting as assigned.
• Conduct daily walk-through plant inspections.
• Maintain maintenance records, work area, and tools.
• Support Engineers in sourcing and purchasing spare parts.
• Promptly investigate and report equipment defects, deficiencies, and abnormalities.
• May support district cooling works at other project locations after necessary training and work independently when required.
• Undertake any assignments or tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Higher NITEC/NITEC in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Plumbing/ Refrigeration from a recognized educational institute.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Chiller Operation & Maintenance / Plant process management.
• Possess good analytical and communication skills with a positive attitude.
• Able to perform normal and/or shift duties – 12-hour shift or other shift patterns as per project requirements.
