Responsibilities:


  • Understand main contract and subcontract requirements.
  • Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines.
  • Prepare combine services drawings and liaise with consultants / clients.
  • Manage M&E subcontractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval.
  • Study, coordinate and supervise the M&E works with client's representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
  • Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings.
  • Ensure M&E works are performing on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
  • Attend site meeting as and when required.
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned by the Management / Project Manager.

Requirements:


  • Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and / or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage.
  • Min 3 years or more experience as M&E Coordinator in local construction sector.
  • Good knowledge in local standards & requirements.
  • Able to work independently with positive attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking counterparts.
