Contract Manager to join their team.
The Contract Manager will supervise the contracts management process for the negotiation and implementation of contracts; oversee administrative aspects of contracts; develop, justify, and explain contract terms to staff; monitor contractor compliance with contracts; and assist with optimizing operations efficiencies of the Legal Department.
The Contract Manager will ensure the company's commercial transactions receive an appropriate review by the Legal department and solicit feedback from other departments as appropriate, and ensure compliance with internal policies and risk tolerances.

- Manages the administration of updates and notices under existing contracts.
- Develops or modifies work plans, methods, and internal procedures related to contract management to streamline the process for new and existing contracts.
- Reviews and redlines contracts for accurate information and compliance with laws, policies, and procedures, and alignment with best practices.
- Develops and revises strategies to monitor and administer contract compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Collaborates with staff across the company and external stakeholders to support business needs.
- Attends meetings and training as required.
- Handles a variety of other tasks as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications
_ Education:
_
- Bachelor's degree; JD may apply.
_ Experience:
_
- Experience in contract management, operations, and compliance is preferred.
- Familiarity with privacy and IT issues is a plus.
_ Skills:
_
- Proven analytical skills.
- Strong contract reviewing skills with keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable driving multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently, persuasively, and diplomatically with all levels of the organization.
- Excellent judgment and sound decisionmaking.
- Proactive, organized selfmotivated, and selfdisciplined work ethic, with the ability to reprioritize in 'realtime' based on changing company needs and competing deadlines.
- A positive outlook and cando attitude are a must.
