Systems Engineer - Singapore - JOBLINE RESOURCES PTE. LTD.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Provision and De-provision IT systems access to users in accordance with the joiner and leaver process within the agreed KPI.
• Provide support in advisory capacity to IT Support teams, access approvers and audit teams.
• Liaise with System Administrators and Business Owners to understand role composition and profile management of systems including any segregation of duties.
• Participate in internal and external audits to produce evidence of process control.
• Ensure all access controls and processes are fit for purpose and meet the requirements of audit and compliance policies.
• Identify opportunities to streamline the current processes to meet the requirements of audit and compliance policies.
• Identify, document, develop and continually improve processes and controls for access to IT systems.
• Support the UAT testing on administration module to ensure new applications are on-onboarded efficiently, role profiles are appropriate and maintained and that general operation of the solution is monitored and maintained.

Requirement:

• Degree and above in relavant discipline or eqivalent
• Min 2 years working experience in a System adminstrator capacity
• Knowledge of technology and security
• Good inderstanding of Windows Active Directory design and functions including permission levels.
• Sound knowledge of Windows server dynamics and structure
• Team player and able to work in a team to perform data migration
• Good communication skills with ability to work with stakholders of all levels
• Meticulous and maturity to handle and well manage sensitive data

Shortlisted candidates will be offered 1 Year agency contract employment.
