Warehouse Assistant - Singapore - CATALYSTE PTE. LTD.

Description

We are looking for an organized and responsible team player to join us as a Storekeeper/Warehouse Assistant to work in our new expanded warehouse.

The individual will assist to ensure smooth daily warehouse activities including replenishing of stocks & laminate collaterals samples; perform proper record-keeping, control of stock movement, safe practices and orderliness of the warehouse.

• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Unstuffing of shipment/container/ unloading of crate, pallet or carton box
• Inspect incoming goods shipment for damage or discrepancies
• Report any product damages to Supply Chain department, take photos and document, move to designated stocking location
• Packing for Local and Export customer orders
• Maintains a clean, safe and organized work area
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the forklift
• Working closely with contractors for office/warehouse repairs and/or renovations
• Any other duties as assigned by the Company

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
• Class 3 or forklift license is preferred
• Basic excel skill preferred (training will be provided)
• Able to load and unload goods up to 25kg
• Process with good initiative, responsible and cando working attitude
• Able to work independently with least minimum supervision

• Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm
