- Stay informed about the latest product features, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Actively source and build your sales pipeline, demonstrating a proactive approach to forecasting and setting priorities.
- Native in Chinese required, with proficiency in English;.
- Proven experience in a closing sales role, with a track record of exceeding sales targets in the SMB segment.
- Experience in the China Cross Border ecommerce segment.
- Demonstrated passion for hunting and acquiring new business with a consultative mindset.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and engage with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with sales engagement platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trusting relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven by results, with the tenacity to pursue leads and close deals.
- Experience in outbound prospecting and cultivating a territory for robust sales pipelines.
- Experience in New Business Sales & Sales Development, and industries like Ecommerce, Fintech, Retail, or Hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience selling software and familiarity with MEDDICC, BANT, and Challenger sales methodologies is advantageous.
