• Able to handle multiple projects and task
• Able to understand and read construction and detail drawings
• Ability to communicate with designers
• Ability to value engineer joinery works
• Calculate fabrication materials
• Experience with different trade material characteristic and usage
• Understand fabrication process and flow
• Able to lead a team of carpenter
• Ability to liaise with sub-contractors and conduct pre-construction discussion
• Ability to train non experience and junior production members
• Able to coach and impart knowledge and skill to new and junior production staffs
• Trouble shooting and propose solutions
