Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of invoices using Xero accounting software and followup to monitor and record receivables.
- Providing outsourced admin support to clients eg banking and reimbursement processing.
- Updating of expenses and payment records to Xero accounting software.
- Preparation and following up of quotations to clients.
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Other adhoc duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) or Business Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in Finance and administration. Fresh Graduates will be considered.
- Familiar with Xero accounting software is an added advantage.
- Possess excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and internet savvy using social media platforms.
- Able to multitask and with initiatives.
- A good team player but must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
