Description

Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of invoices using Xero accounting software and followup to monitor and record receivables.
  • Providing outsourced admin support to clients eg banking and reimbursement processing.
  • Updating of expenses and payment records to Xero accounting software.
  • Preparation and following up of quotations to clients.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Maintain contact lists.
  • Book travel arrangements.
  • Provide general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Other adhoc duties as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • At least a Diploma in Business Studies, Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) or Business Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Finance and administration. Fresh Graduates will be considered.
  • Familiar with Xero accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Possess excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and internet savvy using social media platforms.
  • Able to multitask and with initiatives.
  • A good team player but must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
