Roles & Responsibilities

Your Role:

We are looking for a Retail Associate / Assistant to promote our products to potential customers, provide good customer services and doing cashiering duties.

What Will You Do:

• Cashiering duties
• Opening and closing of retail store
• Organize and display products orderly on shelves
• Perform stock-take and stock replenishment timely
• Daily housekeeping to keep the retail store clean and tidy at all times
• Manage point-of-sale processes
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Keep up to date with product information
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Any other duties assigned by your superior

What Do We Want:

• At least a GCE 'O' Level or above
• Experience in retail industry will be an added advantage
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated individual to achieve sales target
• Friendly, organized, team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Entry level is welcome
