    Job Description:

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Efficiently coordinate client orders.
    • Organize and maintain records with precision using Excel.
    • Assist in the preparation of event materials for team members.
    • Handle various administrative tasks as necessary.

    Skills Required:

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on promptness.
    • Exceptional organizational abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Friendly and professional customer service skills.
    • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
    • Ability to coordinate with suppliers, clients, and colleagues effectively.

    Working Hours:

    • 4 days in the office plus 2 days on standby from home (Total 6 days a week).
    • 9am to 5pm for normal working hours.
