Job Overview: During the company Pre-IPO period, you'll play a crucial role in guiding companies through the process of going public. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring a successful transition from a private to a publicly listed company. You'll work closely with management teams, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to prepare the organization for life in the public market.
Key Responsibilities:
· Evaluate the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for improvement. provided strategic counsel and streamlining processes, optimizing efficiency and enhancing productivity.
· Develop and maintain a solid knowledge of client's business and industry expertise, and extensive relationships with professionals and all stakeholders.
· Manage the market and client relations efforts for a group of company based either in the Singapore, US or China.
· Assist with clients to create differentiated and effective strategy with public communication.
· Analyse client's business structure, financial information, account adjustment and coordinate the client's IPO process.
· Facilitate client's discussion & meeting and establish client tracker tool.
· Provide onsite counsel and recommended the most suitable external experts, including legal, financial, and accounting advisors.
· Collect and collate industry data and assist client to build different models.
· Diagnose client issues, providing information, and making recommendations.
· Integrate into business management software system to manage and streamline an organization's functions, processes, and workflows through automation and integration.
· Present the necessary required materials for stakeholder to address governance, risk, and control requirements and etc.
· Develop and communicate project schedules internally and externally. And monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with targeted projections.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or CFA qualification.
· Minimum of 10 years of working experience in top tier bank or investment firms of US and China background.
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin for handling Mandarin speaking clients.
· Proven successful cases during strategy advising experience.
· Deep knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset allocation, and familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance.
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to perform thorough financial analysis and evaluate investment opportunities. Proficiency in using financial models, valuation techniques, and risk assessment tools.
· Ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences, and collaborative mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
· Thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities, and willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
· Willingness to travel time to time.
