    Description

    JOB SUMMARY
    Supporting, leading and managing allocated client pursuits by working regionally and globally with members of the GWS team. Quarterback" CBRE relationships of target enterprise clients to realise off-market opportunities, or better position warm" RFPs.


    RESPONSIBILITIES
    Manage and support multiple concurrent pursuit activities along with members of the GWS team in Enterprise APAC and globally
    Take ownership of the development of compelling solutions within a highly competitive price point
    Translate CBREs differentiation and win strategies into the solution to raise the game in RFP submissions. Work closely and collaboratively with country sales, SMEs, commercial team etc on each pursuit.
    Manage the creation of proposals, presentations, and other client-facing materials with the pursuit team. Work with Solutions Excellence team to ensure that RFP response document accurately captures the solution elements.
    Support interactions in this client-facing role for both regional and global enterprise pursuits
    Evaluates and shares internal and external innovations that raise the game in CBREs approach to pursuits and prospect cultivation

    Meet / exceed individual sales targets and % hit rate for new sales and 90% for renewals
    Support successful cultivation of target clients measured by use of tools such our Cultivation Tracker and online tools such as Salesforce
