Roles & ResponsibilitiesRoles & Responsibilities
· Provide full admin support to the project teams in the filing and storing of project-related documentation, including the Safety department.
· Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
· Monitor all site personnel training is up-to-date.
· Work closely with all the sites in-charge.
· Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
· Assist in prepare of purchase order.
· Any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
· GCE 'O' level/ Diploma and above.
· Preferably have some experience in a similar capacity.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
· Possesses a positive attitude towards work and team team-oriented.
· Flexible – able to adapt to rapidly changing situations.
· Goal-oriented – able to focus on meeting all performance targets.
· Must be able to speak fluent English and Mandarin.
· Able to start work on a short notice period.
Others:
· Working Days: Monday to Friday.
· Working Hrs: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
· Working Location: Mandai Area.
