Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob Description:
1) General accounting, full-set of accounts
Sales & Purchase of Inbound & Outbound
Cash & Bank Reconciliation, Credit Card Control
Account Payable & Account Receivable
2) Oversee the processing of invoices, travel and other expenses;
Hotel, Attraction ticket, Restaurant, Tour Guide fee, transportation control
Utilities, Rental, Telecommunication, Insurance & upkeep of office
3) Ensure accuracy in data processing
Attraction ticket, eTicket control, stock list & stock details
Oversea & Local currency control
Security deposit, floating deposit & eWallet control
4) Meet month-end closing deadline
Prepayment, Accrual, Depreciation & Journal Entry
GST submission, Monthly Report
5) Liaise with external auditor, tax agent and company secretary
6) Undertake ad hoc assignments as detailed by management
Company Internal Costing & Ticketing System
Government grant submission, survey & audit
Oversea agent & report
7) Admin Jobs as well
