Description

The Role:

You shall be conducting field audits, compliance checks to ensure service and equipment quality are upheld to company standards in compliance with our contractual obligations.

Main Responsibilities:

To establish and ensure adherence to procedures for Quality Control with respect to the regulatory and contractual standards in fulfilling our operational responsibilities.
To do internal Quality Checks on the Operations Team during the operation process as well as on equipment deployed on site.
To be responsible for inspections on work processes and equipment to ensure quality is consistently met.
To compile data and communicate with the operations for followup action of the respective nonconformity issues.
To prepare for inspection based on daily operational requirements and NEA feedback.
To report on any nonconformity at work and compile summary of such issues for Managment review.
To conduct checks at all locations for overflowing issues and bins upgrading & downgrading procedures.
To go to physical spots for investigative work and work hand in hand with Operations & Customer-Service to resolve the specific issue.
