About Our Client

My client is a one stop solutions automotive service provider headquartered in Singapore. As a start up, they have experienced accelerated growth, with IPO plans in the pipeline. The organisation is looking for a Group Finance Manager to strengthen the finance pillar, support the business' growth plans.

Job Description

Reporting directly to CEO, you will:

• Be responsible for full spectrum finance matters for 6 entities, diverse revenue stream across trading, leasing, financing etc
• Prepare statutory and management reports, annual budgets and present to stakeholders, communicate financial results
• Business partner with external stakeholders from tax, audit function, ensure compliance to statutory requirements
• Bridge communication between Sales and Operations team to drive business growth
• Work with external consultants to design IPO roadmap
• Support automation projects to enhance group reporting process

The Successful Applicant

• MBA/Degree qualified in Finance & Accounting, at least 6 years of working experience
• Work experience in consolidation capacity with a commercial set up
• Meticulous and analytical, able to derive financial sense from numbers, identify trends
• Strong communication skills to business partner with senior stakeholders and various functions
• Hands on with strong commercial acumen, display strong aptitude for continuous learning, technically strong
