    Your Mission

    UiPath is committed to building a global partner ecosystem that can identify opportunities and deliver solutions which delight their customers with our platform. We are seeking capable sales engineers and technical individuals to evangelize and accelerate UiPath go to market sales and adoption within our business and technology partners. The Technical Partner Manager (TPM)/Partner Pre-Sales Engineer (PSE) is a member of the UiPath Sales Engineering (SE) organization that leverages learning, pre-sales, and professional services (PS) resources to ensure that our partner ecosystem can effectively deliver product technical capabilities and value. The TPM/PSE works daily with their assigned focus partners and the rest of the partner sales organization to create successful outcomes for UiPath customers and improve the capability of UiPath partners. As a TPM/PSE, you will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to articulate the value of UiPath's platform to partners and customers alike. Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is essential for success in this role.

    What you'll do at UiPath

    A) Technical Consulting

  • Deliver the UiPath Business Automation Platform's pre-sales and post-sales training to focus partners.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to partners, providing technical guidance and expertise throughout the pre-sales process.
  • Provide pre-sales support for focus partners and ensure partners have appropriate on-the-job training to drive incremental revenue.
  • B) Partner Building:

  • Collaborate with our partner ecosystem to ensure they have the necessary technical knowledge and resources to effectively sell and implement UiPath solutions.
  • Implement programs to accelerate Partner investment in UiPath practice development.
  • C) Solution Demonstrations:

  • Conduct compelling demonstrations of UiPath's platform to showcase its capabilities and address partner and customer needs.
  • Leverage partner sales, learning, SE, and PS resources to assess the current capacity and capability of the focused partners.
  • D) Partner Manager Support:

  • Work closely with the AEs to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth within the partner ecosystem.
  • Work closely with Regional Partner Managers and Partner Account Managers to drive the execution of the Partner Technical Development element(s) of the overall business plan.
  • E) Training and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for partners to deepen their understanding of UiPath's products and best practices.
  • Share UiPath best practices and playbooks on customer success principles to enable focus partners to uplift their own customer success capabilities.
  • Develop a robust community linking partner practitioners with UiPath sellers and orchestrate strategic deal engagements in a sell-with capacity.
  • F) Market Insights :

  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • What you'll bring to the team

    Skills and Experience: (Must have)

  • Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is essential for success in this role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience speaking in a professional and authoritative manner to both technical subject matter experts and partner executives.
  • Experience with technical pre-sales or technical partner management working closely with key system integrators, managed services partners, automation consulting partners in Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Skills and Experience: (Nice to have)

  • Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • Professional software development experience.
  • Experience in pre-sales and/or implementation of Business Automation/Process Orchestration products and processes.
  • Proven experience in developing partner technical practices, increasing the competency levels in both presales and implementation practitioner levels for partners.
