Job Description & Requirements

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible to develop, execute and measure all online and offline marketing initiatives that promote our products and/or services within the marketing defined strategy.

Responsibilities:

Understanding of digital funnel, and how to run effective onlinetooffline campaigns with understanding of conversion metrics
Ensuring marketing campaigns are executed according to the project timeline
Conceptualise and provide the design/creatives and content ideas for all marketing materials e.g eDM, website content, landing page, brochure, presentation, social media post
Conduct market research to gather customers' insights and feedback from marketing campaigns, understand their buying behaviour and determine the product positioning
Monitor competitors' activities and movement to derive insights and identify opportunities that drive business successes
Assist in the planning, managing, and execution of company's social media calendar and platform (LinkedIn and Facebook)
Update and maintain of company's website with new product launches, promotions, corporate news, and other marketing assets
Compile regular reports of marketing campaign performance and results
Assist with other assigned marketing tasks as and when required

Requirements:

Minimum Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related disciplines with 1 year of relevant working experience preferably in the IT industry
Possess good communication, interpersonal and conceptual thinking skills
Resultoriented with the ability to work independently, selfstarter/selfmotivated
Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work & collaborate effectively with a team in an agile environment
Strong team player, eye for detail and ability to learn and roll up their sleeves to get the job done
Knowledge of some designing skills e.g Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is preferred
