Roles & ResponsibilitiesJob DescriptionOverall Job Objectives
The Service Crew assists in the daily service operations, which includes directing customers to their seats, taking customers' orders in the outlet, answering enquiries pertaining to their meal, providing recommendations on meal promotions, serving food and beverage to customers.
He/She will be required to perform cashiering duties, such as presenting bills that itemise total meal costs and sales taxes.
