Job Profile Summary:


In this role, you will be part of the Partnership Strategic Development team, under Partnership Distribution, with dedicated support to be rendered to channel campaigns, initiatives, process improvements, along with administrative, reporting, budget management and other BAU tasks.

This role will also manage the development and completion of digital initiatives to meet the business needs of partnership by building up strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and act as a single point of contact to achieve project delivery and user satisfaction.


Job Description:

Support Head, Partnership Strategic Development and the team in day-to-day business activities and tasks, not limited to:

  • Manage initiatives to deliver solutions and capabilities that meet business requirements and realize benefits within agreed scope, time, cost and quality.
  • Monitor and report status to Project Sponsor on status of financials, risks, issues and progress towards milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinating resources including internal and external teams, vendors and contractors.
  • Direct the identification, monitoring, reporting and escalation of risks and issues and problems associated with services and delivery in the project.
  • Engage, inform, influence and negotiate with stakeholders, including regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Assist the team to fulfil the campaign incentives by liaising with third party service provider.
  • Monitor and consolidate project progress, budget, and support rest of team in terms of designing, running and performance tracking of campaigns.
  • Other duties as assigned, which may not be specific to channel.

  • Have a strong sense of accountability and integrity as you lead the delivery and support your team.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Good understanding of financial industry, and familiar with insurance operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all level
  • Experience working within Financial Services domain a bonus if you have life insurance and/or retail banking experience
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment where priorities shift as we manage across multiple projects and deadlines.

Working Experience:

  • 35 years of relevant experience. Experience in insurance is preferred.

Education:


  • Degree in business or related fields of study

Language:


  • Strong command of the English language
