About the Team:

Shopee Retail (SBS) is at the forefront of Singapore online retail innovation, powering the growth of Shopee Singapore's Retail Official Shops, Shopee Supermarket, and FulfilledbyShopee (FBS) business segments. We are looking for a Retail FP&A and Projects Specialist to join our vibrant Retail team. This role calls for a highly motivated and dedicated professional well-versed in e-Commerce profit and loss, and business analysis.

We are also looking for a professional who is enthused about leading projects to enhance cross-team efficiency and drive key initiatives to grow the topline and bottomline of the business.

- Perform comprehensive financial planning, analysis, and reporting to empower strategic decision-making within the Retail team

Manage the budgeting process, conduct business performance review, and report on financial performance to optimise resource allocation
Lead PMO activities for process improvements, refining retail SOPs to optimise efficiency and effectiveness
Drive special projects with supplier account managers to develop new business opportunities
Conduct inventory planning together with Operations team to ensure healthy inventory level across business segments
Work with crossfunctional teams to strategise budget allocation & implement best financial practices
Present insightful financial forecasts and project progress to senior management for strategic planning and decisionmaking
Model ownership and dedication, setting the tone for meticulousness and accountability in financial and project management tasks

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Business Analytics or Business Management, or other relevant fields

years in Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics within the e-Commerce retail industry or related industry

Deep understanding of retail profit and loss, and financial metrics
Exceptional analytical, organisational, and problemsolving abilities with good business acumen
A selfstarter with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of delivering results
High attention to detail and a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Highly motivated and ability to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus
