Maintenance Mechanical Engineer - Singapore - ASAHI KASEI SYNTHETIC RUBBER SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

Description

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare/Review spare parts list and equipment data inventory control and ensure critical spare availability
2. Optimise spare parts and manage stock effectively by using CMMS TMQ-W.
3. Ensure no down time due to unavailability of spare parts.
4. Service used equipment's and components and ensure ready to use all time.
5. Analyse and improve equipment reliability of utilities & facilities to prevent recurrence with production group and contractors.
6. Manage in-house contractors to execute maintenance timely and effectively.
7. Develop and implement routine maintenance and inspection schedule for plant equipment's and execute Preventive maintenance, Routine inspection and periodical inspection on Rotating and static equipment's by co-ordinate with contractors at site.
8. Manage annual shutdown maintenance related to facilities and management of actual site work, liaising with contractors and production group.
9. Update long-term maintenance plan for facilities and utility equipment's.
10. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with AKSS EHS policies.

Requirements:

1. Degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering or the equivalent
2. 3-5 years of experience in Plant & facilities in chemical plant.
3. Basic understanding of maintenance technology manufacturing process plant environment.
4. Demonstrated ability to adjust contractors independently and effectively.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
