Job Description:- Supervise the daily activities of the branch to ensure that customer satisfaction and budget objectives are met.- Understands and leads all branch functions; allocates resources appropriately to meet functional and branch goals.- Supervises the day-to-day activities of the branch to ensure optimal efficiency operations of the branch. - Manage a team of therapist by providing guidance in achieving target.- Works closely with management to optimize all aspects of staff performance and development.- Follows operating policies/procedures and ensures employee compliance.- Responsible for achieving branch sales target.- Respond to complaints promptly - taking appropriate courses of action to turn unhappy patrons into return guests.- Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements:- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.- Strong communication skills and love delivering exceptional customer service.- Results-oriented, focused on customers, and passionate about continuous improvement.
