_Accounting _
- Handling full set accounts
- Year End Audit
- Bank reconciliation
- Tally sales
- Monthly salary and commission preparation
- Filing on employer and employee income tax
- Prepare monthly P&L
- Perform adhoc duties when assigned
- _Human Resource _**- Employee compensation & welfare (Example: warning letter/confirmation letter/ increment and promotion letter)
- Execute Company Rules & Regulations
- Communicate with employees regarding HR Matters
- Renewal & Purchasing of insurance for the employees (Example: Security Bond/ Corporate insurance)
- Submission, Issuance & Renewal of employee work pass
- Update leave and MC record
- Any other relevant admin matters
