  • Handling full set accounts
  • Year End Audit
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Tally sales
  • Monthly salary and commission preparation
  • Filing on employer and employee income tax
  • Prepare monthly P&L
  • Perform adhoc duties when assigned

- _Human Resource _**- Employee compensation & welfare (Example: warning letter/confirmation letter/ increment and promotion letter)

  • Execute Company Rules & Regulations
  • Communicate with employees regarding HR Matters
  • Renewal & Purchasing of insurance for the employees (Example: Security Bond/ Corporate insurance)
  • Submission, Issuance & Renewal of employee work pass
  • Update leave and MC record
  • Any other relevant admin matters
