Description

Responsibilities:

Endtoend talent management, including onboarding, performance management, and career development
Handle employee relations issues and provide support to managers on employeerelated matters
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Manage HRrelated documentation and maintain accurate HR records
Partner with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
Provide support for HR projects and initiatives such as HR Metric Tracking

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the logistics industry
Strong understanding of local HR policies, employment act, procedures, and practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
