    Group Retail provides Personal Banking and Private Bank customers with financial solutions that are tailored to their needs across their respective life and business stages. Our customers can easily access our services across our global network of branches, self-service machines, automated teller machines and internet and mobile banking solutions.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with in-country teams to meet Budget numbers and identify opportunities to grow Balances and Income
  • Review business drivers and provide guidance to countries on action plans
  • Engage Group credit on initiatives for policy relaxation for business growth, to optimize Net Profit Before Tax
  • Identify synergies across markets and continuously share best practice learnings across the region
  • Work closely with markets, Technology teams & stakeholders to determine business requirements & get endorsement for merger and integration work
  • Rationalize and prioritize requirements across markets
  • Fact find, guide, align and share findings uncovered from 1 market to the rest
  • Execute and track project end-to-end, working with other co-workstream leads
  • See through launch of the project from pre-migration, post migration, re-carding and all to ensure no drop in customer, billings and all.
  • Job Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills & willing to be hand-ons
  • At least 15-20 years working in cards and unsecured lending business, with sound understanding of the business drivers and operating model
  • Open-minded, matured and hardworking, with positive mindset
  • Possess excellent influencing skills and have worked with regional countries
  • Possess excellent understanding of credit life cycle management
  • Good project management skills
  • In-depth understanding of card processing systems (e.g. cardpac, cardlink, V+)
  • Able to lead team & work well with people
