    Roles & Responsibilities

    The MasterCard Follow-Up Officer will entail the job of providing MNC bank with the support to the Card Sales Team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Promote MasterCard to existing customers across various consumer segments by effectively cross-selling credit card value propositions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive client experience.
    • Demonstrate strong follow-up skills to ensure timely completion of customers' applications and documentations for processing.
    • Meet performance standards, business goals, and targets set for the role.
    • Present effectively and communicate confidently with customers, whether face-to-face or through telemarketing activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Confident, meticulous, with excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills.
    • Strong communication and customer service skills.
    • Sales-oriented mindset and self-motivated to achieve targets and goals.
    • Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in computer usage, particularly MS Office and Outlook.
