    Marketing Manager, South-east Asia and Hong Kong

    Adyen is looking for a data-driven, proactive and collaborative marketing manager. This role will work from our Singapore office and report directly to the Head of Acquisition, APAC based in Sydney.

    The role is focused on driving impact for Adyen's acquisition efforts of new customers through marketing. In this role, you'll be responsible for planning, setting up and optimizing targeted account based marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels.

    The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with experience in demand generation and/or digital marketing, with local market experience in Singapore, Malaysia and/or Hong Kong. This is a matrixed role collaborating across the South-east Asia and Hong Kong sub-region, APAC marketing teams and Global Marketing teams to generate opportunities.

    What you'll do:

  • Develop the overall marketing strategy with a focus on Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, that supports commercial goals and generates a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Working with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, SDR, AM, Global Marketing) in line with broader company objectives.
  • Identify target accounts together with SDR and Sales, and build and segment lists based on market priorities.
  • Drive and manage local media buying through either direct deals and/or agencies to support acquisition goals. Support in the management of our digital agency relationship including campaign briefing, day to day communication, challenge media plans, campaign optimisation, budget allocation, evaluations.
  • Plan, set-up and optimize marketing campaigns across paid digital media, email and owned channels
  • Leverage analytics tools to determine effectiveness of campaigns across all touchpoints.
  • Set-up and manage email programs and campaign landing pages to drive sales accepted opportunities.
  • Be the local market expert, and work closely with the regional APAC marketing team (Digital marketing, Content, PR) to surface country insights and customer success stories, aligning to ensure consistency in brand identity and narratives.
  • Work closely with the global acquisition marketing team to implement and drive strategies to generate sales accepted opportunities.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing teams on local website pages and ongoing SEO optimisations.
  • Who you are:

  • 7+ years of experience in a marketing role focused on demand generation, digital channels, email marketing and campaign set-up
  • Possess experience working in one of more our core markets for this role - Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong
  • Experience working in B2B companies, ideally B2B enterprise space.
  • Experience working with marketing automation, CRM, CMS and analytics tools, preferably Salesforce, Zoominfo and Marketo.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset. Passionate about working with data-driven optimizations.
  • An interest in SEM (both SEO and SEA) and other paid acquisition channels (Social, Display).
  • You are a self-starting and self-motivated contributor with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Balance between strategic & hands-on: From developing a strategy to execution and optimization.
  • Good understanding and appreciation of working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a requirement.
