Roles & Responsibilities1) Handling of customers' enquires, Site Visits.
2) Improves financial status by analyzing results; supervising variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to management.
3) Increases efficiency by developing or implementing automated solutions & processes
4) Handling MOM related matters , Applying , issuing Workpasses
5) Supporting payroll, HR related activities
6) .Verifying Entry of all Sales invoices and maintain the customer DataBase
7) studying drawings, do necessary calculation and make suitable recommendation of Aircon product models to customers
8) Boosting the Sales through Social media, Emails etc..
9) Assit in arrange suitable working schedules for company technological staffs, design workable working routines, make sure daily operations are well arranged.
