• Making sure that the daily operations of a retail outlet run smoothly.
• Organize and allocate responsibilities to the supporting staff on the sales floor.
• Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
• Prepare and control the store's budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
• Handling administrative duties.
• Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
• Assist customers with good mobile phone product knowledge.
• Operate retail POS machine and cash register.
• Perform ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
