Job Description:

• Coordination of project execution with aid of Autocad drawing in Preliminary Design, updating, amending, computation of BOM in full detail, and stamping for client approval.
• Coordination and liaison with respective suppliers in sourcing of required project parts and tracking on order and delivery schedule.
• Project planning in Excel sheet and tracking as per instruction from Head Of Department (HOD).
• Tracking and replenishment of office needs, including stationery, paper, coffee, and tea.
• Preparation of PR for PO whenever necessary, ensuring acknowledgement and verification of parts orders from suppliers.
• Tracking of Departmental Personnel in current Excel sheet for work pass, Courses attended, SSIC, and Shipyard HSE Induction validity.
• Performing other ad hoc duties related to the department as instructed by HOD.
• Complying with international, national, government, company, project, and customer QHSE requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering.
• Relevant experience in Marine, oil & gas industry.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Sufficient knowledge and expertise in engineering and project management.
• IT savvy, including AutoCad.
