What the role is

  • As Dy GM, the incumbent's job responsibilities include the following

What you will be working on

  • 1) Manages all preventive maintenance activities of all plant equipment (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, SCADA and PLC systems) to ensure they are performed efficiently
2) Manages all breakdown maintenance activities to ensure availability of plant equipment to support plant operations
3) Manage initiatives to enhance the performance of equipment (e.g. predictive maintenance, use of smart sensors etc.)
4) Manages available resources (e.g. budget, spares, contractors) to achieve plant equipment objectives timely and within budget
5) Oversees all procurement related to maintenance activities to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations

6) Monitors safety standards of all works carried out in the to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations (e.g.

WSH, MOM)
7) Monitors all cybersecurity related works to ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations (e.g. CCOP, WSCP etc)


What we are looking for

  • Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
  • Relevant experience in maintenance of plant equipment
  • Able to cover as Plant's Cyber Security Point of Contact when required.
  • Selfmotivated and driven.
  • Works well independently and also a good team player.
