Prepare customer quotations

Fulfilling orders

Processing orders to shipment and delivery of orders to customers.

Responsible to manage customers' orders and coordinating with colleagues during the entire process.

Data entry

Manage sales hotline and follow up on all customer and other sales enquiries

And other admin matters as assigned by Supervisor

Prerequisites

No experience required as training will be given.

Minimum of 1-year related experience in related Food wholesale trade will be advantageous

Proficient in MS office applications

Attention to details, a proactive team player, good interpersonal skills and communication skills

Responsible and customer service-oriented person

Bilingual in spoken and written English and Chinese, good knowledge of Hanyu Pinyin
