About the role

• This role will be with one of our Panasonic Group Companies in Singapore.
• This is an exciting opportunity to join the Panasonic family as an Assistant Manager/Manager (Project Management).
• In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering complex projects within the company.
• You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful completion of these initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement project plans to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
• Identify and manage project risks, issues and dependencies to minimize disruptions and ensure projects run smoothly
• Effectively communicate project status, milestones and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
• Continuously look for ways to improve project delivery processes and implement best practices

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in programme and project management, ideally within the Information & Communication Technology industry
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team and lead cross-functional projects
• Relevant tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent experience
• Project Management experience and familiar with Singapore-specific regulations (e.g. IM8, PDPA, Cybersecurity Act) and standards for public-sector projects
• Experience in oversight of cybersecurity protocols and data governance on infrastructure security
