Description

The objectives of the audits are to ensure that the subsidies have been disbursed in accordance to the guidelines and that there has not been any misuse of funds.


Responsibilities:


  • Run bots for worksheets to be used for fieldwork
  • Analyse the profile of the auditee
  • Liaise with the auditee on the audit arrangements
  • Conduct audit fieldwork and follow up
  • Check personal files for compliance with regulations
  • Check receipts to ensure that subsidies are included correctly and fees paid are net of subsidies
  • Physical attendance taking
  • Making calls to check on discrepancies and absentees
  • Prepare reports after fieldwork
